SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs will be free from 50€.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed at 5.00 ?. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 business hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier contracted by Apolos. If you wish we will provide you with a link to track your package online. If you prefer delivery by another method, please contact us before choosing this method. 

 

RETURN POLICY

You can return any product on our website by following these steps:

 

Send us an email to info@apolos.es indicating your order number and the product you wish to return.

Apolos will contact you to manage the return.

Check that the order is in the same condition as you received it and pack it to send it again to the offices that our Customer Service team will have confirmed to you by mail. You can use, for example, the package that arrived with your order or any other package that protects the content.

Once we have the order in our warehouse we will proceed to check the item for return. Apolos will contact you to confirm the refund that you will receive in approximately 15 working days.

The return of the merchandise (except for store returns) has a cost of 5.00 ? that will be discounted from the credit to be made. The payment will be made by the same means that the payment was made. 

 

Please note:

Returns must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt of the order.

The products must not have been altered, used or damaged and must keep their original labels.

Apolos cannot accept returns of products that do not meet these requirements and the order will be returned to you, assuming the shipping and logistics costs that may be generated.

If you bought several products in the same order you can make a partial return, that is, return only the product you want.
